Tell us about your child, your childcare centre or school, and your pickup and drop-off details. Where possible, please get in touch at least 24 hours before you need transport to start.

Our team confirms guardianship and authorisation details to keep every trip secure.

We build your child's route and schedule, and confirm start dates with you directly.

Once your child is on board, follow their trip live through the KaGo app and receive pickup and drop-off confirmations.

Referred by a Caseworker or Support Service

If your family is working with a DCP caseworker, GP or support service, they can arrange transport directly through our Community Partners page — that team specialises in coordinating referred transport and funding arrangements.

KaGo Transport Services operates across Perth Metro — primarily the northern and eastern suburbs — and the South West WA Busselton region.
KaGo generally operates between Monday to Friday 6.30am - 6.30pm. Send your request through even if it's outside of these operating hours and we will do what we can to support.
Get in touch and our team will talk you through the options for your family.
We recommend at least 24 hours' notice where possible, so we can confirm your child's route and driver.
KaGo Transport currently provides transport for children between the ages of 0 to 15 years of age.
Our vehicles are equipped with all required child restraints required for every age group.
We understand schedules change. Let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your child's transport arrangements.
Based on every child's individual support requirements, we will provide a Transport Aide if required.
Yes — the KaGo app provides live GPS tracking and sends guardian notifications for pickup and drop-off.
